Outdoor space in the garden is intensively filled. The exercise room was once a garage; its adjacent patio was once the driveway. A hot tub is tucked into the corner behind this little building. The deck and stairs lead to a screened porch above. A built-in grill is used year-round. The owner, a gardener, grows vegetables on the edge of the front foundation planting.
